On Wednesday April 30, 2025, Erin Elizabeth Starke a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, daughter, and all around best friend, gained her angel wings at 39 years old. Erin was born on September 26, 1985 to Charles "Newman" Starke Sr. and Karen Ann Starke in Columbia Missouri. Erin graduated from Southern Boone High School in 2004. In 2008 she welcomed her beautiful daughter Ryleigh into the world and just one year later gave birth to her beautiful daughter Harleigh.
Erin was a free spirit and loved life. She was very artistic and crafty. She loved finding the beauty in life. Erin often went on walks and found rocks that had been painted and left for someone to find and then would paint a rock to leave for another explorer to find. She was always scrapbooking and creating precious stones and crafts with her daughters and nieces and nephews. Erin inspired those around her to see the beauty in life and be more creative and share the beauty of art expression. She loved to be outside in nature and always found the beauty outside even on dark gloomy days. Erin was a force of love and when she loved she loved with her whole heart. She was the happiest when her family was all together.
Erin was proceeded in death by her brother Michael Allen Starke, and father Charles "Newman" Starke Sr.
Erin is survived by her mother Karen Ann Starke, daughter Ryleigh Paige Morrow, daughter Harleigh Jo Morrow, brother Charles Newman Starke Jr. (Stephanie), sister Samantha Ann Cannon (Brent), sister Shannon LeAnn Starke, as well as 6 nieces, 10 nephews and 2 great nephews with another expected great nephew to arrive this year, all of who she loved dearly with her whole heart.
