Erline Guillory, 85, of Sulphur, passed away on Monday April 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Erline retired from both OLQH church parish and the Calcasieu Parish School Board. She was an ACTS sister of St. Theresa Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Daughters. Erline liked to go camping at Holly Beach, make rosaries and rosary bracelets, play bingo, and cook for her family. Her absolute joy was taking care of her family, all the kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Those left to cherish the memory of Erline are her children, Lee Guillory (Brenda), Bridget Mounce (Brandon), Greg Guillory (Lee Pennebaker); grandchildren, Shelly Bonnie (Brian), Heather Williams (Jason), Amanda Cormier (Mike), Todd Guillory (Lauren), Kayley Mancuso (Trey); great grandchildren, Tanner, Taylor, and Tyler Bonnie, Hunter, Ayden, and Ally Williams, Ariana and Seth Cormier,, Keelan and Meredith McCall, Mary Katharine Cormier, Grace and Beau Guillory, Ace and Kate Mancuso; sister, Barbara Weekley (Cliff); in-laws, Debbie Patin, Glenda Guillory.
Erline is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Audrey Lee Guillory Sr.; her infant triplet sons, Wade, Ward, and Warren Guillory; Joyce Thibodeaux, Betty Larents.
Pallbearers given the honor of escorting Erline are, Ayden Williams, Ace Mancuso, Seth Cormier, Keelan McCall, Hunter Williams, Beau Guillory.
A mass for Erline will be held at 2 PM on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at Immaculatte Conception Catholic Church. The family will receive guest at Johnson Funeral Home of Sulphur starting at 8:30 AM until time to leave for Mass on Wednesday. A recitation of the rosary will be held at 12 PM. Burial to follow at Mimosa Pines Cemetery South. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes to donate to the St. Jude’s Children's Hospital. The family would like to offer a special THANKS to her good friends, Linda Cassell and Rose Gibson, also the staff at Lake Charles Care Center.
