Ernie and Manny were one of three sets of twins who played in the KOM in league during the 1952 season.

I regret not being able to speak with them during my years of writing about that old league. However, I did locate a large volume of information about their post KOM season. The following year they were in the Army and playing in Japan. Marilyn Monroe paid a visit to entertain the troops in Korea. She also visited the troops in Japan and posed for some photo that included some with the April twins.

My condolences to the family in the loss of their loved one.

John G. Hall-KOM league historian.
