Son of the late Ernest Powell, Sr and Melvina Goodman Powell. Father of Glenn Powell, Sr (Dwanda), Kemberly Powell Johnson (Darrell, Sr), and Ashley Powell Francisco (Ricky). Brother of Wanda P. Gettridge (Ronald), Linda Powell and the late William Powell and Wendell Powell. Also survived by 9 grandkids, 2 great grandkids and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
