Ernest Reynolds Obituary
He was born March 12, 1965 in Lynchburg, a son of Martha Joann Martin Reynolds of Lynchburg and the late Horace Lee Ernest Reynolds, Sr. He was a member of Tree of Life Ministries, and a painter for Allance Industrial. Ernest loved playing softball and spending time with his family.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by seven sons, John Thomas "J.T." Reynolds, Ernest B. Reynolds, III, Horace McLenden Reynolds, Ricky Reynolds, Eric Julian Reynolds, Nathan L. Reynolds and Chris Campbell; one foster son, Joseph Bruffy; one step daughter, Danielle Hall; three brothers, Horace Lee Reynolds, Jr. (Catherine), Albert McLenden Reynolds and Jeremy Reynolds; two sisters, Melony Marie Reynolds and Fancy Renae Reynolds; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Angel Bruffy.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Thursday, December 14, 2023 at Tree of Life Cemetery by the Rev. Mike Dodson.
The family will receive friends from 7 until 8:30 p.m., Wednesday at Finch & Finch Funeral and Cremation Service, Altavista and other times at the residence.
The family suggests that those wishing to make memorials consider The Campbell County Rescue Squad, 155 Rainbow Forest Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
