He was born on December 6, 1951, in Wheeling, WV, son of the late Ernest John Sinkarow, Sr. and Virginia Elaine Harvey Sinkarow.
John was a retired machinist at the former Wheeling Machine Company and a member of C3 Church in Wheeling, WV. He was a jokester and hard worker. He loved being outside, fishing, and hunting. He was always in his yard working on his flowers.
John is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Shirley Jean Greathouse Sinkarow; four children, Anna (Doug) Radcliff, Debbie (Rick) Black, Ernest "John" Sinkarow, III, and Michelle (Michael) Stevey; two sisters, Vicky Stein and Darlene Beale; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; best friends, Andy and Margaret Scott; and his dog, Gracie.
Services and interment were held at the convenience of the family with arrangements made by Kepner Funeral Homes, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio County Animal Shelter, 7011 National Road, Triadelphia, WV 26059.
