Ernesto Castillo Obituary
Ernesto Castillo Jr. is preceded in death by his wife of 42 years Frances Onofre Castillo, parents Ernesto Castillo Sr. and Carmen V. Castillo and his sister Irma Castillo. Ernesto is survived by his two daughters, Christina Castillo and Maria-Elena Cortinas; his six grandchildren, Thomas Villarreal, Ernesto Cortinas Jr., Francisco Cortinas, Athena Villarreal, Rafael Cortinas and Gabriel Cortinas; his brother David Castillo and sister Maria Reynolds.
Ernesto was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was hard working and cared for his family and friends deeply. He will be remembered for his kindness, compassion and love he showed everyone. He will be missed dearly.
There will be a mass held for Ernesto Castillo Jr. at St. Leo's the Great Catholic Church on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Private reception for close family will follow.
