Eva Leos Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by La Paz All Faiths Funeral Home (Mission Park FH) on May 20, 2025.
In Loving Memory of Eva Martinez Leos
It is with profound love and gratitude that we announce the passing of Eva Leos. She was welcomed into God's eternal embrace on May 6th, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion.
Born on February 8th, 1948 in Monterrey, Mexico, Eva was a devoted Catholic passionate in sharing her faith at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church for many years. Her unwavering faith and boundless love shaped the lives of all who knew her. Eva Leos lived her life guided by faith, finding solace and joy in prayer, service, and the unconditional love she offered to her family and community. Her heart was a reflection of Christ's love; always open, always generous, always forgiving. She was a pillar of faith, teaching through her actions and prayers that God's grace is present in every moment.
She is survived by her beloved children, Iris Olivares and Jonathan Leos (spouse Valerie Huerta), who carry forward her love and wisdom. She also leaves behind six cherished grandchildren Sage Aguirre, Sierra Leos, Alexis Leos, Chloe Olivares, Joshua Olivares, and Celeste Leos. Her two precious great-grandchildren Elise and Jeremiah Rocha; each blessed by her unwavering devotion and warmth.
Though our hearts grieve, we take comfort knowing that she has found her place in heaven, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her; such as her granddaughter Nadia Eve Leos. Also named after Eva, who went to be with the Lord in August of 1997. We find joy knowing Eva has been embraced by the peace of the Lord. We will honor her memory by living as she did steadfast in faith, compassionate in heart, and ever grateful for the blessings she bestowed upon us.
May she rest in eternal peace, forever in God's light.
