Ernie Lee Anderson, 75, of East Bernstadt, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, September 18, 2025. He was born on August 30, 1950, in Madison County, Kentucky, to the late William Franklin Anderson and Reese Marie Carpenter.

Ernie is survived by his special friend, Betty Eversole of East Bernstadt; eight children: Lee Anderson, Gary Lee Anderson, David Lee Anderson, Miranda Rose Martin, Krysten Michelle House, all of London, Kentucky; Marcus Robert Anderson, Michael Lee Eversole, and Melissa Kay Eversole, all of East Bernstadt. He also leaves behind seven siblings: Shirley Houston (Bobby), Jack Anderson, Bill Anderson, James Anderson, Jay Anderson, Larry Anderson, and Jim Anderson, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends who will deeply mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Ernie was preceded in death by his daughter, Carolyn Sue Anderson, and three siblings: Debbie Johnson, Bobby Carpenter, and Gary Lee Anderson.

Ernie had a strong work ethic, having worked in lawn care, as well as for Blanton Lumber and CBS over the years. He was a man who cherished his family and friends, and his presence will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A memorial service for Ernie Lee Anderson will be scheduled for a later date.
