Ernest Ray "Ernie" Buresh was born on October 12, 1954, in Coleridge, Nebraska to Anton and Ludmilla "Lillian" (Novak) Buresh and passed away on July 2, 2025, in David City, Nebraska at the age of 70 years, 8 months and 20 days.
Ernie attended and graduated from East Butler High School with the class of 1973. He was united in marriage to Denise Prochaska on November 15, 1980, at Assumption Catholic Church in Dwight, Nebraska. Ernie was employed at various places including Walker Manufacturing Co., Henningsen Foods and Pac N Save Grocery. He was also a lifelong farmer and loved old, antique tractors.
