Ernie Nelson Obituary
Ernie Nelson, 81, Master Electrician, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025. A Visitation with the family will be held from 5-7 pm, Friday, December 26, and Celebration of Life Service, 10 am, Saturday, December 27, both at Broadway Mortuary, 1147 S. Broadway. Committal Service to follow at Maize Park Cemetery, Maize, KS.
Ernie was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Barbara Nelson; brothers, Gary Nelson and Richard Nelson; and sister, Dorothy Whitson. Survivors include his wife, Kay Nelson; children, Nikki Miller (Aaron) and Erik Nelson; granddaughter, Jessica Havey; great-grandchildren, Ella Havey and Emmie Havey; and numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.
