Eroy Botello Ramirez

Eroy Botello Ramirez, 36, of New Haven, CT, passed away suddenly on November 15, 2025. He was born on July 4, 1989, in Puebla, Mexico, to Aquilino Botello and Ruth Ramirez.

Throughout his life, Eroy was a loving and energetic father who took immense pride in his son. He had a great passion for cooking and found joy in sharing meals with those he cared about. Eroy loved being surrounded by family and friends, and he was known for the bright smile he always carried. Whether dancing, singing, or simply enjoying time with loved ones, he embraced life with warmth and enthusiasm.

Eroy is survived by his beloved 11-year-old son, Emiliano Botello; his six siblings, Miguel, Veiman, Carlos, Sullivan, Melisa, and Jose Luis; and his grandmother, Epimenia Hernadnez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members who will cherish his memory. He was predeceased by his grandparents Maclovia Manzano, Margarito Botello, and Francisco Dominguez.

Eroy will be deeply missed for his laughter, his love, and the joy he brought into every room. His spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

The Botello family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of the Yale New Haven Hospital Neuro Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Your compassion, kindness, and care brought comfort and peace during a difficult time, and for that, the family is profoundly thankful.
