Estelle Wise Obituary
Estelle Wilson Wise, 83, widow of Jack Allen Wise, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2024.
Estelle was born in Landrum, SC to the late Herbert Walter "Hub" Wilson and Evelyn Ruby Wofford Wilson. She was dedicated to her faith and her family. She raised her family with strong Christian values. She was a member of White Horse Heights Baptist Church and a former member of Sonpointe Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 30 years. She cherished being a mother and grandmother.
Surviving are two daughters, Annette Schoolcraft with husband Jimmy, and Michelle Wise; a grandson, Lee Schoolcraft; and two great-grandsons, Ryan Schoolcraft and Piers Schoolcraft. She was predeceased by a daughter, Connie Wise; three sisters, Betty Lou Satterfield, Etta Bell, and Odessa Johnson; and a grandson, Michael Locke. Additional "adopted" family include daughter Elaine Wooten with husband Terry; grandsons Jonathan Anschutz, Shaun Wooten with wife Angel, Travis Wooten; and 5 additional great grandchildren.
Visitation will be 10:30 – 11:30 am Thursday at Fletcher Funeral Service – Fountain Inn.
A celebration of Estelle's life will begin at 11:30 am Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenville Memorial Gardens.
Memorials may be made to Trident Area Agency on Aging, ; or online at www.tridentaaa.org.
