Esther McGhee Obituary
She was preceded in death by her husband, James McGhee; parents, David Lynn and Mary Addie Kooch Widener; brother, David Eugene "Gene" Widener; daughter, Tonia Lovell; grandchildren, Amy & Justin Lane and great-nephew, Tony Widener.
She is survived by her son, James Lynn Widener; sister-in-law, Marie Hale Widener; nephews, Douglas Hypes and Danny Eugene Widener; nieces, Donna Raye Showman and Winnia Loretta Hetherington; granddaughter, Jodie McGhee; grandson, Tony Lynn Butterworth; great-grandson, Trenton McGhee; several other grandchildren, nieces and nephews; special friends, Blakye and Maddy Taylor, Cricket Russell, Michelle Stuart, Stephanie McDaniel and children, Shane, Davie, Ben and Audrey.
To honor Esther's wishes a graveside service will be held at Wesley's Chapel Methodist Cemetery on January 30, 2026 at 2:00PM with Pastors Danny Widener and Sherry Sellers officiating. Fielden Funeral Home is honored to serve the family of Esther McGhee.
