Ethan Mathew Cohen, age 27, of Buffalo Grove, beloved son of Billy and Dana (nee Glickman) Cohen; loving brother of Dr. Brandon Cohen and Mason Cohen; adored grandson of Sharon and Mike Gitelman, Joel Glickman, Ann and Hershey Blitstein and the late Barry Cohen; cherished nephew of Stacy Samuels, Julie Cohen and Andrea Vander Linden, Joree and Paul Chason, Hal Gitelman, and Mindi and Anthony D'Elia; dear cousin of Chloe and Dan Serota, Jake Samuels, Dylan and Jack Chason; treasured friend to many. Ethan's dimples and his smile lit up a room. A beloved son, brother, and grandson, he was known for his humor, kindness, and adventurous spirit. Ethan loved travel, music, and sports, and he had a deep connection to Judaism and the Chabad community. His six weeks of Jewish study in the Berkshires, New York, nurtured his spirituality and played a meaningful role in his life. Ethan's warmth, laughter, and love for family will be forever cherished.
