Ethan James Halter

Ethan James Halter, age, 7 of Adrian died Monday, September 21, 2015 at St. Vincent's Mercy Medical Center, Toledo. He was born September 22, 2007 in Tecumseh to Jeremy Scott Halter and Rebecca Nichole McClure. Ethan was a second grader at Blissfield Elementary School. Ethan had the biggest smile and had beautiful baby blue eyes. He loved being outdoor and enjoyed going fishing. He was funny, smart, loving and caring. In addition to his parents, Jeremy and Rebecca, Ethan is survived by two brothers, Eli Scott at home and Jeffery Irvine of South Carolina; a sister, Kiara Hope Downing of Hudson; step brother, Preston Hanning and step sister, Shyann Betz; maternal grandparents, Rebecca Brownfield of Clayton and great-grandparents, Laura Brownfield of Adrian and Don and Bev Curtis of Adrian; paternal grandparents Edward and Jody Halter of Adrian; aunts and uncles, Casey Dean McClure, Ricky Joe McClure; Steve and Amanda Halter, Dave Halter, and Nate and Patsy Turner. Ethan was preceded in death by grandparents, Ricky McClure and Jerry Brownfield. Funeral services for Ethan will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Rev. Bruce Jewett officiating. Burial will in Palmyra Cemetery.
