To Ethel's Family,
I started working in City Hall Treasurer's Office back in the 1970's
I was one of the youngest people working
there and Ethel was there to help me.
Ethel became friends with the younger
generation and we always included her
in all our gatherings.
Many happy memories.

Your Raleigh family has been blessed that you moved to here after Caroline and David were born. You were an angel in the eyes of all who knew you, always smiling and extending a warm welcome to everyone. I'm fortunate to have been your friend.
