Ethel Marlene Teeters, 64

Ethel Marlene Teeters, 64 of Portsmouth, died Monday, August 18, 2025 at Buckeye Forrest of Portsmouth. She was born May 22, 1961 in Stout to the late Harry and Bertha Brown Stone.

She was a member of Grace Apostolic Tabernacle. Prior to her marriage she worked construction, laying bricks on the roads in Portsmouth.

Marlene is survived by her husband, Larry Teeters whom she married on May 2, 1980, a son Eugene Teeters, 3 brothers; Jeff, Matthew and Virgil Stone, 3 sisters; Patsy Watson, Carol McGlone and Sandra Smith along with one grandson, Des Teeters.

Funeral Services will be 7:00 PM Friday, August 22, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Charles Adkins Jr. officiating and interment in Mershon Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 6:00 PM. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
