Kenneth Eugene Dixon, simply Eugene to family and friends, was born July 28, 1977, in Bell County, TX to Kenneth Dixon and Sandra (Razer) Dixon. He passed from this world at the age of 48 on Friday, September 26, 2025.

Eugene was truly one of a kind. He had a rugged spirit and a restless energy - always on the move. He was innovative, artistic, crafty and self-sufficient. He took what most folks threw away, whether wood, metal, or other material, and turned it into something worth keeping.

He was a very determined and opinionated person and when his mind was made up, it was next to impossible to change. That made him extremely loyal. He loved fishing and cooking barbecue. A bit unconventional, sometimes uncouth and always untamed, that was Eugene.

Eugene is preceded in death by his mother, Sandra Dixon and his beloved dog Bear. He is survived by his daughter, Alyssa Dixon; dad, Kenneth Dixon; brother, Mike Dixon; sisters, Debbie Hardwick, Mary Dixon, Tammy Flies and Sherri Maxey and numerous nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Dixon Family Cemetery, 980 CR 224, Florence, TX 76527.

A luncheon for family and friends will follow at Apostolic Lighthouse Church, 261 CR 250, Georgetown, TX 78633 - a time to share stories, laughter, and love in honor of Eugene.
