Eugene Klug Obituary
November 5, 1944 – February 21, 2026
Born in Elgin, Texas, Eugene was proud of his Texas roots. He moved to Wisconsin as a young child, and it remained his home for the rest of his life. A devoted Wisconsin sports fan, he rarely missed an opportunity to cheer on his favorite teams.
Eugene had a competitive spirit and loved playing sports of all kinds. Whether on the field or in everyday life, he gave his all. He had a natural gift for making people laugh and smile, and his sense of humor brightened the lives of those around him. Above all, he loved his family deeply.
Eugene is survived by his children, Traci DeLong (David) and Jason Klug (Rebecca); his cherished grandson, Cameron Klug; and his sister, Karen Lang (Gene). He was preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Ruth Klug.
Eugene's caring personality, generous heart, and playful, joking nature will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Never forgotten, forever missed.
