Larry Wilson Obituary
He was born March 15, 1939, in Henderson, TN the son of the late Stenson and Willie Irene (Morton) Wilson.
Larry worked as a chef at the Wagon Wheel, the Beloit Country Club and later at Benedettie's Super Club before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and working on cars. Larry was an avid Cowboy Football Fan. His true passion was to be "needed"; he was his family's provider and protector. He loved spending time with them any chance he had.
Survivors include his children Jenice (Jimmy) Wilson-Bader, Larry (Cathy) Wilson Jr., Terry (Susan) Wilson, and Jocelyn Wilson; grandchildren, Antonio, Tamica (John), Monté, Latrice, Tasha, Brianna, Ariella, Amber, Darneeshia, DeAngelo, Marlesha, Chaneiria, Jordan, and Jerricka, numerous great and great-great grandchildren; siblings, Willie Wilson, Exie Smith, Charles (Charlene) Wilson, and Jerry Wilson and a close love Inez Wilson, and her children Tammy, Dionne and Felecia Harrell.
He was preceded in death by his parents, spouse Hattie Wilson; daughter Tenna Woodson; and grandson Anthony Wilson; siblings, Ann, Patricia, Peggy, Roylee, Joyce, and Marshall.
Visitation for Larry will take place from 11am-12 pm Friday, February 20, 2026, in the Rosman Funeral Home, 1125 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI with funeral services to follow from 12-2 pm; with Pastor Charles Jones officiating. Burial will be in East Lawn Cemetery, Beloit, WI.
