Eugene Allan Lawrence

Eugene Allan Lawrence, born on September 11, 1937, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, at the age of 88 in Ocala, Florida.
Allan proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force, dedicating twenty years of distinguished service and achieving the rank of Master Sergeant before retiring. His commitment to his nation was matched by his dedication to his community, where he spent many years working as an electronic technician at a local television station and hospital in Baton Rouge.
A man of diverse interests, Allan found joy in remote-controlled airplanes, pursuits that reflected his love for precision and creativity. He was also an avid gardener, spending countless hours nurturing his plants and creating beauty in his surroundings.
Allan was a devoted member of Countryside Presbyterian Church, where he shared his faith and fellowship with many dear friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Allan Lawrence Sr. and Camille Rogers Lawrence. Allan leaves behind his beloved wife, Cholaine Lawrence, along with many loving family members, children, stepchildren, and cherished friends who will remember him for his kindness, dedication, and passion for life.
