Eunice B. McDaniel

January 20, 1932 - February 7, 2026 With hearts full of love and gratitude for a beautiful life lived, we remember Eunice McDaniel, who passed away peacefully at the age of 94 on February 7, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Born January 20, 1932, to Charles and Evaline Buckeye, Eunice was raised on her father's farm in Roll, Arizona. She attended Mohawk Valley School, graduated from Tucson High School, and later earned a degree in Radiology from the University of Arizona.

On August 2, 1952, she married her beloved husband, Frank McDaniel. Together they built a life in Roll, raising their three sons on the land she called home. In 1974, Eunice and Frank incorporated Frank McDaniel Farms, continuing her father's legacy of agriculture and service to their community. Eunice was a devoted wife, mother, and mentor who gave her time as a leader in local 4-H programs teaching sewing, etiquette, and gardening.

She found joy in tending her roses, riding dirt bikes with her boys, and creating memories that will live on in the stories her family shares. Her life was deeply rooted in faith, family, and the bonds of community, and she touched the lives of many with her warmth and steady presence.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Frank McDaniel; her father, Charles Buckeye; her mother, Evaline Buckeye; and her sister, Margery Cook.

Eunice is lovingly remembered by her children, Charles (Susie), Steve, and Michael (Sandy) McDaniel; her grandchildren, DaeLynn, Matt (Maria), Michael (Julia), Samantha (Alex), Jenni, and Tony; and her fourteen great-grandchildren.

Though she will be deeply missed, Eunice's strength, gentle wisdom, and unwavering love will continue to guide those who knew her. Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure, and her love a gift that will endure for generations.

A celebration of Eunice's life will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 at First Southern Baptist Church, 11711 William Street, Wellton, AZ 85356
