Eva Farlow passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at the Ruleme Center in Eustis, Florida.

Eva was born on October 5, 1925 in High Point, North Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Charles Briles and Mary (Brown) Briles and is the wife of the late Daniel Bryce Farlow.

Eva was owner and operator of the Merle Norman Cosmetic Studio in Asheboro, North Carolina until her and her husband Bryce’s move to Florida in 1991. First and foremost Eva enjoyed being around family and her many friends and all who knew her well would tell you she was a fun, always laughing, and loving person.

Besides her loving son David and his wife Lois of Howey in the Hills, Florida, Eva is survived by her brother Darrell Briles and his wife (Lavetta) of Sophia, North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends for viewing in the Family Life Center at Marlboro Friends Church in Sophia, North Carolina from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15. The Service will be held in the Church immediately after the viewing at approximately 2:30 p.m..

Eva’s Funeral arrangements are in the caring guidance of Winter Oak Funeral Home, 1132 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida 34787 and Pugh’s Funeral Home, 437 Sunset Avenue, Asheboro, North Carolina 27203.
