Eva Susan (Gamble) Fatica, age 105, of Erie, passed away Wednesday October 8, 2025 at Manchester Commons. She was born in Erie on September 12, 1920.
Eva was a graduate of Strong Vincent High School and had worked as a realtor for Hammel-Hagmann Realty.
Eva was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She lived life under the tenets of kindness and doing your best. She was committed to her friends and her faith and was a constant source of support for her family. Eva was our cornerstone of comfort.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband John, her eight siblings and her grandson, Casey Fatica.
She is survived by her three sons; Dr. Lawrence Fatica and his wife Nancy of Erie, John Fatica and his partner Paula Shulze of Milwaukee and Matthew Fatica of Erie. She was loved by her 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank UPMC Family Hospice, Manchester Commons Assisted Living and Woodside staff members for their care and compassion.
Friends are invited to call at the Burton Quinn Scott Cremation and Funeral Services Inc., West Ridge, 3801 W.26th St. on Wednesday October 15, 2025 from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm with a Prayer Service immediately following conducted by Deacon Tony Alleruzzo. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Emmaus Soup Kitchen, 218 E.11th St., Erie, PA 16503 or the Second Harvest Food Bank, 1507 Grimm Dr., Erie, PA 16501.
