Eva Faucette, age 82, of Washburn, Missouri, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at her home. Eva was born on October 14, 1942, in Woodward, Oklahoma, to Erman and Viona (Sawyer) Edwards. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Eva was a devoted member of the Jewish faith, finding great comfort and strength in her religious community and traditions. She attended services regularly and actively participated in various synagogue activities. Her faith played a significant role in her life, guiding her actions and providing her with a deep sense of peace.
Eva was a woman of remarkable grace and charm, known for her love of classic novels, her appreciation for fresh cut flowers, and her impeccable sense of fashion. She was always the most fashionable lady around, her style reflecting her vibrant personality and zest for life.
Eva's love for literature was evident in her extensive collection of classic novels, which she treasured dearly. She spent countless hours immersed in the pages of her favorite books, finding joy and solace in their stories. Her passion for reading was contagious, and she often shared her love for literature with her friends and family.
Eva's presence brought warmth and elegance to every occasion. Her kindness, generosity, and unwavering support endeared her to all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, cherished memories, and a family that will forever hold her in their hearts.
Survivors include two daughters, Cappy Harris and her husband Steve of Cassville, Missouri, Rebecka Goad and her husband Carl of Denton, Texas; one son, Sam Hagar and Erica of Guthrie, Oklahoma; several grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren.
Eva was preceded in death her loving husband Raymond Faucette; by two son, Robert and Scott Hagar; one daughter Mariam Rice, one grandson Jacob Branham and her parents Erman and Viona Edwards.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Cassville, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of White Funeral Home and Crematory.
