Eva Vance Obituary
Eva was born February 25, 1963 in Welch, WV a daughter of the late William (Billy) Puckett and Dorothy (Jean) Arwood. Eva was a retired CNA; she was of the Pentecostal Faith and enjoyed reading her Bible, fishing and gardening.
In addition to her parents, Billy and Jean, Eva was preceded in death by three brothers, Freddie Bailey, Kenny Puckett and Bobby Bailey; and four grandchildren, Byce Vance, Brittany Mullins, Dawson Vance and Derick Collis.
Survivors include her husband, Orville Vance of the home; five children, Amanda (Emanuel) Bowman of Raysal, Rex (Ashley) Vance of Paynesville, Bryan (Crystal) Vance of New Port, TN, Misty (Tim) Bachner of Mooresville, NC, Harrison (Belinda)Vance of Hurley, VA; two sisters, Tina Charles and Dolly Mullins; grandchildren, Bryan (BJ) Vance and wife Destiny, Brandon (McKenzie) Vance, Wade Vance, Kasey Vance, Emmalee Collis, Isaiah Vance, Tmothy (Bobbi) Kennedy, Nathan Kennedy, Jacob Vance, Joshua Vance, Bentley Vance, Charity Yates, Dalton Yates, Takoda Yates, Amy Blankenship, Kaden Stacy, Keaton Stacy and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12 o'clock with Pastor Charles Rose officiating at the Family Worship Center in Jolo, WV. Burial will in the Vance Cemetery in Paynesville. Pallbearers will be grandsons, addition family and friends.
Friends may visit with the family Monday evening, February 9, 2026 after 6 o'clock at the Family Worship Center in Jolo. Evening services will be at 7 o'clock.
Fanning Funeral Home in Iaeger is assisting the family.
