Evangelina Ramirez Obituary
Evangeline (Eva) A. Ramirez, 91, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Eva was born in Anapra, New Mexico on October 19, 1933. She got married to Guillermo Ramirez Jr. in 1951.
Eva was very active in her church and various charity organizations. She enjoyed gardening and took pride in her beautiful rose bushes. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Eva is preceded in death by her husband Guillermo, her parents Francisco and Dominga Armendariz, brothers Manuel Armendariz, Francisco Armendariz, and Richard Armendariz. She leaves behind her children Virginia Bustillos (Charlie), Yolanda Serrano (Sipriano), Guillermo Ramirez III (Praxedis), Elizabeth Johnson (Harold), Evangeline Quinones (Hector), Mary Ann Ramirez (Ray), her siblings Amelia Ochoa, Alfredo Armendariz, Irene Bryant, Martha Castillo, Lucy Galindo, Maggie Morales (Carlos), Freddy Armendariz (Leticia) plus 20 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and 11 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4:00PM-8:00 PM with a prayer service at 6:00 PM, Wednesday December 18, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Homes-East, 750 N. Carolina. Interment to be determined at a later date.
