Evangelina Zuniga

Evangelina Zuniga, a dedicated housewife and beloved matriarch, passed away on November 15, 2025, in Copperas Cove, Texas. Born on July 24, 1953, in Mexico, Evangelina led a life characterized by her unwavering spirit and boundless energy. Known for being very active and always on the go, she truly embodied the essence of vitality.

Throughout her life, Evangelina developed a profound love for animals. She was often seen feeding and caring for the neighborhood animals, showcasing her nurturing heart and compassionate nature. Her hobbies reflected her dedication to not only her family but also to the many creatures that brought joy to her life.

Evangelina is survived by her two cherished children and seven adoring grandchildren, all of whom carry forward her legacy of love and kindness. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Evangelina is preceded in death by her parents, Pedro and Virginia, who she always remembered fondly and held close to her heart. Her memory will forever be honored by her family, friends, and the community she so lovingly served.
