CUYAHOGA FALLS - Evangeline “Eva” Mae (nee Youtzy) Harvey, 94, passed away April 29, 2024. She was born in Zanesville, OH to the late Brigadiers Alvin and Gladys Youtzy and resided in Mt. Gilead, OH before moving to Cuyahoga Falls. Eva was a graduate of Youngstown South High School, going on to work for Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital and Lexington Court Nursing Home.
Preceded in death by her husband, Bill and daughter, Joan Harvey Vest, sisters Ruth Poling and Gladys Rudersmith; she is survived by her children, June, William (Carol) and Paul Harvey; grandchildren, Jennifer (Brian), Scott (Andrea), Tara (Jim), Bill “BJ” (Mindy), Gloria (Kevin), Josh (Sheena) and 8 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to a 12 noon Memorial Service on Tuesday May 7, 2024 at the Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home 1930 Front St. Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Inurnment will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
