Eve Harrison Obituary
Eve Harrison, 57, January 25, 1966–December 19, 2023, of Woodbridge, passed away peacefully at home from breast cancer. Eve was born in New Haven, CT to the (late) Minna Dew and Henry S. Harrison. Eve is survived by her husband, Marc Rosen and her sons, Joseph and Zev.
Eve graduated Brown University (B.A. 1988) with concentrations in Psychology and Political Science. She earned a Master of Science in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work in 1992. Eve practiced for over two decades in Milford where she helped people from all walks of life.
Eve will be remembered for her wit, compassion, determination, and guidance. She will be greatly missed by her father Henry Harrison and stepmother Ruth Lambert and her siblings Julie Harrison (Stephen Watts), Kate Harrison Muchnick (Barry Muchnick), H Alex Harrison (Max Boehlke) as well as her nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held graveside at Grove Street Cemetery,227 Grove Street New Haven on Thursday morning December 21 at 11:30 a.m., followed by food, consolation and remembrance immediately afterwards at 32 Sunbrook Road in Woodbridge. Calling hours for mourners will continue on Friday 5-8 p.m. and Saturday 11-1 and 5-8 at the Rosen home. The Robert E. Shure & Son Funeral Home, New Haven is in care of Arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Eve's memory to Amnesty International or Everytown for Gun Safety, two organizations that Eve passionately supported. Please send memories to [email protected] for further distribution.

Very sorry to hear of Eve's passing. I recall her always being kind and nice to others so not surprised her career was focused on helping people. I offer prayers and condolences to her family and friends.
