Evelyn E. Fish

Worcester - Evelyn E Fish 92 years old formerly of Holden and West Boylston passed away peacefully on November 7 at the Oasis at Dodge Park nursing home . 

Born in Worcester , she grew up on Nelson Place with her parents Herbert and Margaret Anderson and brother Robert . She was a grade A student all through grade school and high school. She graduated from Becker Junior college in Business Administration . Upon graduating she worked at various local companies as an administrative assistant and then as Secretary and Assistant Treasurer for the family business with her final career ending as the Director of the Holden Housing Authority . She loved to sew and knit , gardening , loved making arts and crafts , read books , traveled all over the USA , Europe and the Mediterranean . She loved spending time with her grandson .

 She leaves her sole surviving son , Allan Fish and daughter in law Janice Fish of Newbury NH and her grandson Gregory Fish and family of Westwood MA . She was predeceased by her husband Arthur C Fish Jr and her son David A Fish . 

There will be a private grave site ceremony conducted by the Miles Funeral Home in which she will be buried next to her husband at Grove Cemetery, Holden MA.
