Evelyn was born July 30, 1947 in Phillipsburg the daughter of Avery and Leota (Bandt) Green.
Evelyn was a long time resident of Phillipsburg, Osborne, Stockton, and Smith Center, KS with many opportunities to travel and meet people from Kansas to Washington, to Oregon, and California. She never met a stranger and always had a bead necklace ready for those she cared about including family, friends, doctors, caseworkers, staff, and strangers who caught her fancy.
Survivors include her cousins: Gayle Bandt-Russell of Smith Center, KS; Wanda Young and husband Dean of Phillipsburg, Harlan Bandt and wife Melissa of Texas, Bonnie Merritt and husband Randall of Wichita, KS, Susan Bandt and husband Jerry of Stockton, KS, Carrie Ann Brand of Washington State, a friend Sam of Stockton, KS; along with many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents Duffy and Clara (Hodge) Bandt, Parents Avery and Leota (Bandt) Green; Brothers Scotty and Wayne Dale Green; Uncle Dan and Aunt Rose (Mason) Bandt; and cousins Rick and Debijo.
Cremation was planned. A memorial and celebration of life is pending.
Memorials may be made to the Evelyn Todd Memorial Fund c/o Olliff-Boeve Memorial Chapel, Phillipsburg.
