Evelyn Warner Obituary
Evelyn J. Warner, 97, of Wadsworth, died Monday, November 13, 2023 at Doylestown Care Center.
Evelyn was born October 21, 1926 in Beaverdale, Pennsylvania to William and Hazel {Sharrer} Cook.
She married Richard Warner on August 20, 1951. He died on April 24, 1987.
Evelyn worked for General Electric for 10 years. She loved to read, garden, and taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Evelyn will be deeply missed by her children Douglas (Deborah) Warner, Bruce Warner, and Gary Cook; grandchildren Melissa (Chris), Amanda (Jesse), and Steven; great-grandchildren Kennedy and Topher.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, sisters Ann, Willa, Jean, Jane, and Ruth.
Friends may call Thursday, November 30, from 11 to 12 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Services will follow at 12 at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Evelyn-Warner). Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Medina County SPCA, 8790 Guilford Seville OH 44273. The family would like to give a special thanks to the staff at Doylestown Healthcare Center, also a very special thanks to nurse Roquel and nursing aid Brandi, as well as the staff at the Inn at Coal Ridge.
