Everly Dean Baker

Everly Dean Baker, age 2 of St. Paris, passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 13, 2023 at her home. She was born May 10, 2020 in Kettering to Mitchell and Jessica (Bostelman) Baker of St. Paris. Everly was baptized into the church on August 29, 2020.
Including her parents, Everly is loved by her paternal grandfather, Harold & Tamara Baker of Piqua; paternal grandmother, Darlene & Michael Heber of Piqua; maternal grandparents, Richard & Sandra Bostelman of Defiance; maternal great grandmothers, Norma Bostelman and Hazel Smith both of Defiance; great uncle, Denny Cooper of Houston; her uncles and aunts, Weston Baker of Houston, Daniel (Chelsea) Bostelman of Colorado, Jason Bostelman of Defiance, Kaylena (Joey Gibson) Shaw of Englewood, Jordan (Kaylyn) Shaw of Florida; also many cousins, Dade, Klara, Riley, Cora, Finley, Waylon, and Adelaina.
Everly was a ray of sunshine for everyone, she took a couple minutes to warm up to someone but then quickly was their best friend. Everly loved to talk, to sing and dance, she always wanted to swing really high on the swings and enjoyed taking walks in the woods and jumping in puddles along the way. Everly was so smart and impressed her parents with her knowledge and comprehension every day. She was very excited to become a big sister in a few weeks, but wasn't sure if she was ready to share her toys.
A service to honor Everly's life will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2023 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Keith Gebhart officiating. Burial will take place privately at Fletcher Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Friday, also at the funeral home.
