Faith Holton Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by MacDonald Funeral Home & Cremation Services on Dec. 30, 2025.
Faith Virginia Olsen Holton, born in Milwaukee Wisconsin on March 4, 1936, a lifelong resident of Tampa Florida died peacefully on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.

Faith lived out her name deeply as a supportive and faithful wife, loving mom, and homemaker. She carried her devotion to her Savior into her work as a school bus driver and insurance clerk. Her faith and deep love for Jesus compelled her to be a devoted member of her church, Reach City, and a faithful supporter to the ministries she followed. She was a bold witness, well known for these two phrases - "Jesus is coming, are you ready?" and "I'm blessed." Faith leaves behind a beautiful legacy of faith for her family and friends to continue.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Willie David Holton and faithful son Wayne Michael Holton and his wife Linda, parents Ludwig and Lillie Olsen and her brothers and sister Johnnie, David and Mary.

Faith is survived by her son Glenn and wife Sandra, daughter Karen and spouse Billy, bonus son Chuck and wife Adelaide. Grandchildren Melissa and spouse Demont, Justin and spouse Naomi, David and spouse Ali. Great grandchildren Makaylah, Malakhi, Gustavo, Micah, Teagan, Shiloh and Brielle.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, January 7th from 9:30 to 11:00 am at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N Florida Ave in Tampa, Florida. Funeral service to follow at 11:00 am. Commitment will happen at 1:00pm at the National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.

Oh Sweet Faith - I was so blessed today to hear you woke up in Glory with Jesus and David today.

Hallelujah! I know you were ready for Him and He for you..

When I was a baby in my walk with Jesus, you had just lost your David.. two journeys walking together we were like peas in a pod for a bit. I've missed you often, and love you so much. I will see you again, soon, my friend. Save me a seat up front for worship, yes ma'am
