Fanny Chappel Obituary
She was born December 31, 1935 in Sandusky, MI to Charles and Myrtle (Bolby) Wright. Fanny married Leigh Chappel in 1952. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, and cleaning her house. Fanny loved taking care of her yard, watching all the birds and playing cards with her friends.
Fanny is survived by her son, Terry (Linda) Chappel; daughter, Luann (Richard) Calkins; grandchildren, Gregory Calkins, Tonya Cardner, Stacy Russell, Leann King, Danyel Ball, Erin Wik, Nathen Jickling and Sharon Greenfield; 15 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; brother, Elwood Wright; and multiple nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leigh Chappel in 1993; brothers and sisters, Geraldine Caig, Gerald Wright, Benjamin Wright, Wilma Hunt and Mary Keys.
Burial will take place in Marlette Cemetery.
Memorial may be made to the Marlette Cemetery Fund.
