Faron Wayne McMahan, 70, of Archdale, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2025, at High Point Medical Center.
Born August 14, 1955, in Erwin, Tennessee, he was a son of the late Grover McMahan and the late Netta Fender McMahan.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Roger McMahan.
Faron was a jack of all trades, from working on cars to home repair, there wasn’t much he couldn’t fix. With a generous heart full of love, he was loyal to his family. He was an awesome father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Left to cherish his memory; his companion, Connie Steffey; sons, Jamey Ramey (Patty) of Thomasville, and Jason Ramey (Angela) of Thomasville; daughters, Amanda Justus (Steven) of Thomasville, and Sabrina McMahan (Mike Royal) of Archdale; grandchildren, Bradley Hulin, Chad Ramey, Tyler Justus, Anna Justus, Brianna Ramey (Luis Rendon), and Silas Barnhill; great grandchildren, Easton Justus, Braylen Rendon, and Ivan Rendon; and his sister, Betty Grubb.
Funeral Service will be 2:00 Thursday, September 18, 2025, in the Wright Funerals-Cremations, Archdale Chapel with Parker Webb officiating.
Burial will follow in the Landmark Baptist Church cemetery; 6055 Sunset View Dr., High Point.
The family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45PM prior to the service.
Wright Funerals-Cremations, Archdale, is in charge of the arrangements.
