Fatima Mir Obituary
Fatima Mir passed away peacefully in Mark’s arms surrounded by love on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at the age of 49 years.
You are lovingly invited to join us in honouring the life and legacy of Fatima Mir on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
A Visitation and Memorial Gathering will be held from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 17 Ave SE, Calgary).
Prayers will take place at Baitun Nur Mosque (4353 54 Ave NE) at 2:00 p.m., followed by entombment at Queen’s Park Cemetery (3219 4 St NW) at 3:00 p.m., where she will be laid to rest in the mausoleum.
Refreshments will be served from 4:30 p.m. onward at the event space at 5434-11th Street NE.
Fatima spread her unconditional love to the world, and during her time of transition, your presence and prayers are greatly appreciated.
