Faustino Agdeppa, Jr of Honolulu, 69, an army veteran and retired machinist, passed away on July 27th, 2025.
Faustino Agdeppa, Jr was born in Honolulu to Faustino Sr and Norma J. Agdeppa. He was the oldest of 5 siblings and grew up fishing, hunting, and playing high school football for the Waipahu Marauders. When his family returned to Kona, he continued playing for the Konawaena Wildcats as a star offensive tackle.
Upon graduation from high school, he enlisted in the US Army. He was trained and educated as a machinist. He was stationed in various places in the United States, Germany, Korea and the Philippines. After leaving active duty he continued his service as an Army recruiter on the Big Island and Honolulu. Faustino left the US Army as a veteran, proud of his service to his country.
When he retired from the Army he joined a fellow machinist, and childhood friend, at his family's business, a machine shop operating out of Campbell Industrial Park, Oahu. He retired in 2019.
In his free time, he enjoyed spending time at the shooting range with his closest friend, Leto.
He is survived by siblings Carolyn Billaber (Ernest), Franklin Agdeppa (Joanne), Gloria Samson (Rudy), Carmen Wagner (Cyrus), as well as many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, & numerous extended family members.
