Dear Family,

I did attend the funeral today, but did not get an opportunity to meet the family. I worked in the State Dept. of Education with Faye for many years. She has also attended our Georgia Retired Educator's breakfast meetings on regular basis until she became so ill. We will miss her. She was highly respected and loved by many of us who worked with her in the State Dept. of Education.

Sincerely,
Ed Word, President
Georgia Retired Educators
