Faye Darroch

Faye Brown Darroch, 91, of Harnett County, North Carolina, passed away peacefully on September 13, 2025, at Emerald Health and Rehab in Lillington. She was born on August 5, 1934, in Harnett County to the late Nolan Pierce Brown and Lucy Annie Brown.
Faye was the devoted wife of the late Clarence Clifford Darroch and a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She was a lifelong member of Union United Methodist Church, where she was active in the women's group, and she shared her gifts as a quilter. Annie was also a proud member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Lillington. She enjoyed reading, creating with her hands, and spending time with those she loved most. Her family will remember her as a kind, faithful, and nurturing presence whose life reflected grace and care.
She is survived by her son, Timothy Wayne Darroch, and his wife, Kimberly of Lillington; her granddaughter, Heather Darroch of Lillington; along with several nieces and nephews. Annie was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 19, 2025, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Union Methodist Church. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the church, with Rev. Vernon Brown and Rev. Rod Mullen officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
