Febe Margret Escobar, passed away on 7/23/24 at the age of 55 at USC Norris Cancer Center in Los Angeles, Ca. after a courageous battle with cancer. Febe was born on May 9, 1969, in Ensenada Mexico to Gilberto and Lidia Escobar.
Febe grew up in Bakersfield, Ca surrounded by her loving family and graduated from East High. Febe was influenced by her family to be a loving and caring woman, always giving her time to others, and she incorporated that into motherhood. As a mother and a grandmother, she was generous, loving and kind. She met her boyfriend Tony, and they fell in love, and she knew she wanted to create a future with him.
Febe accepted Jesus Christ into her life as a child and Loved and trusted him until her last breath. She was a faithful Christian and used her gift of singing in her church worship team at Believers in Jesus Church. She also served in ministry at Inner City Action, a non profit organization serving and meeting the needs of the needy, vulnerable,struggling and broken communities. She helped people, bringing restoration and hope back into people's lives.
Febe truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures, chatting with friends, family and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Febe had the ability to reach people in a deep and positive way.
Febe is survived by her boyfriend Tony Gonzalez, her children Princeton (Jackie), Caleb (Maritza), and Ivana. Her 7 grandchildren Josh, Janiah, Malachi, Kingston, Liylah Noah, and Princeton Jr. Her 7 sisters and brothers Betsy (Michael), Lois, Nancy (Isaac), Lidia, David, Joe (Sophia), Beverly (Mario), and her 13 nieces and nephews. Her influence and impact will be reflected in the people she touched.
Febe was preceded in death by her parents Gilberto and Lidia Escobar.
