Felicia "Phyllis" Yvette Jones, 63 years old, was born on August 25, 1961, in West Chester, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Louis Jones, Sr. and Monserrate Quinones Lee. On August 15, 2025, God called her home.

Phyllis graduated from Henderson High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania. During the 1990s until the business closed, Phyllis worked at the Yves Rocher company, best known for their colognes and perfumes. In later years, she held a variety of jobs as a laborer cleaning offices, catering, working as a bus aide for On the Go Kids, a caregiver for Home Instead, and AIG Insurance Company.

Phyllis loved to cook. Thanksgiving was her favorite holiday! She cooked chicken , prepared the fixings, and made certain not to forget the apple pie from Linvilla Orchards. In her leisure time, Phyllis loved to dance, listen to music; especially R&B, Puerto Rican, and Soul as well as travel. She traveled to Miami and Puerto Rico; took bus trips to Baltimore Inner Harbor and New York along with visiting Longwood Gardens to see the flowers and Atlantic City casinos to play penny slots. Most of all she enjoyed breakfast with family at DeStars and Gram's Kitchen in West Chester.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her eldest brother, Joseph Louis Jones Jr. She is survived by her children, Michael Jones of Blackwood, NJ and Felicia Hilton of West Chester, PA. Brothers Victor Jones, West Chester, PA; Kenneth Jones (Jacqueline), West Chester , PA; Colin Jones ( Jessica) Parkesburg, PA; step sister Monica Smith Parkesburg, PA; and stepmother Shirley Jones, Parkesburg, PA, along with many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
