Felicia O. Santisteban

Felicia Santisteban, age 88, the oldest of six siblings, was a woman loved and respected by many. That from an early age she worked hard and always fought for her family. A dedicated mother, who in her last words was to know how her family was. She gave her last goodbye to us on September 18, 2020 with her loved ones. Felicia, she had a heart of gold. From a very young age, she liked to help everyone. For her many acts of charity she was loved and respected by everyone around her. Felicia liked to dance and share with her family and friends. She was an exemplary wife who is now joined by her husband Roberto Pablo Noguera and their children Juan Roberto Noguera and Alberto Felix Noguera. She is also accompanied by her grandchildren Luis Alberto Rueda and Roberto Pablo Rueda, and her six siblings. Leaving her four children behind. Carmen Noguera, Jose Noguera, Daysi Noguera, Nancy Noguera and their niece (daughter) Maria Esther Santisteban and an offspring of 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. We will always remember her and carry her in our hearts.
