Feliciano "Felix" Roberto Sanchez Jr., 47, of Mattawan, passed away suddenly on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at his home in Mattawan.
He was born December 18, 1977, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the son of Feliciano Sanchez Sr. and Dalia (De los Santos) Sanchez.
Felix was an avid University of Michigan fan. He never missed a game and could always be found cheering on his beloved Wolverines! He was also a frequent customer at Main Street Pub in Mattawan and enjoyed hanging out with his friends there. He was a hard worker and dedicated many years working for Midwest Electric. Above all else, Felix was a family man. He adored his nephew, who was his best friend. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends but will forever be remembered for his kindness, generosity and enthusiasm.
He is survived by his parents, Feliciano Sr and Dalia Sanchez; sister, Cecilia Sanchez; nephew, Allen James Jackson-Sanchez; niece, Amalia Ann Jackson; maternal aunts and uncles, Juana (Jessie) Gonzalez, Rose (Eddie) Dominiguez, Mikayla Perez, Victor (Gracie) De los Santos, Michael De los Santos, Robert (Allison) De los Santos, Juan (Bernice) De los Santos, Daniel (Monique) Perez, JD (Alexandra) Perez, Luis Mata, 8 paternal uncles and 6 paternal aunts, many cousins and best friends, Pete Martinez, Jeff & Wyatt, Matthew Lesley, Audrey Wright, Avery Kirby, Kathy Wilbur and his Midwest Electric Family.
Felix was preceded in death by his grandparents, Juan & Josefina De los Santos and Geronimo & Resugia (Ramirez) Sanchez.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. A funeral service will commence at 5:00 p.m. with Monsignor Michael Hazard officiating.
