He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ruby "Sally" Blevins; wife, Sandra Dale Blevins; and sister, Sue Wadsworth
He is survived by his children, Gregory Arnold Blevins, Felicia (Charles) McGlocklin and Tommy Allen (Gloria) Blevins; grandchildren, Lauren Ashley Wolfford (Garrett), Charles J. McGlocklin II (Angelica), Tara A. McGlocklin, Gavin R. McGlocklin, Nathan A. Blevins, Nicholas A. Blevins; and great grandchildren Rett Wayne Wolfford, and Juniper Dee Wolford.
A graveside service for Mr. Felix Blevins will be held Thursday, November 13, 2025 in Hamilton Memorial Gardens on Hwy 153 at 12 PM Central. Family will receive friends from 10:30 AM until 11:00 AM Thursday at Ewton Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
