Funeral services for Mr. Felix Donald “Don” Harrison, Jr., 77, of Farmerville, LA, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 22, 2024, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd., Monroe, LA, with Rev. Hank Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow in Farmerville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.
Mr. Harrison was born September 9, 1946, in Winnfield, LA, and passed away June 19, 2024, in Farmerville, LA. He was a member of Farmerville Methodist Church. Mr. Harrison served in the Louisiana National Guard and was also a member of Masonic Lodge 53 of Farmerville, LA.
Don was one of the kindest people you would ever meet. He never met a stranger. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He will be greatly missed.
Mr. Harrison was preceded in death by his father, Felix Donald Harrison, Sr., and mother, Maxine Cooper Harrison.
Survivors include his wife, Bonnie Graham Harrison; sister, Linda Sorgee (Reynold); children, Greg Harrison (Angie), Haley Birmingham (Andrew), Chris Smalling (Christy), Cory Smalling (Meredith), Rebekah Gay, and Anna Duck (Don); sixteen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and nephew, Brian Sorgee.
Pallbearers will be Codey Smalling, Caden Smalling, Chesley Price, Christian Smalling, Cooper Smalling, and Seth Price. Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Harper, John Loynes, Scotty Booth, Bobby Blair, and Curtis Smiley.
