Mr. Lopez was born July 29, 1946 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico to the late Horocio and Maria Lopez Dipini. He was an Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and later was a supervisor with Bristol Myers for many years and retired in 2010 From Lilly Caribe.. He enjoyed traveling, horse racing and watching the New York Yankees. He was a founding member of Casa para Las Naciones, leading bible study, serving as treasurer and other capacitates.
Survivors include his wife, Isabel Diaz-Lopez, children Horacio López Santiago, Félix M. López Santiago, Nivya López Santiago,Carmen Doris Lopez Rosa
