Ferdinando "Fred" Annunziato Jr., 64, of Shelton, passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 24, 2024. He was born in Bridgeport, CT on Aug. 24, 1960 and was the son of the late Ferdinando and Olive Joyce (Cobden) Annunziato.
He is predeceased by his brother Emilio Annunziato (Dawn), and survived by his sister Pam Annunziato of England, and brother Eugene Annunziato (Donna) of Naugatuck, CT.
He also is survived by his children Leah Annunziato (Jason), Adam Annunziato, Samantha Annunziato and grandchildren Haylee, Amber, Jason, and Layla.
Fred spent his career as a truck driver and was a gregarious salesman. In his spare time he was an avid poker player, that enjoyed an occasional cigar and Johnny walker. Most of all, Fred was a great dad, grandfather and all around family man, that leaves his mark on his children, nieces, Sara Langan of Milford, CT and nephews, cousins, Shane Lodge (Julie) of Naugatuck, CT and friends. His sense of humor would light up the room and his wise words will be remembered forever.
A Celebration of Life will be held this Sunday, September 1st at 1pm in Naugatuck, CT. For more information please contact the family.

Our deepest condolences to the family of Ferdinando. We will miss his smile and friendly chatter in our office. I never had to write out an appointment card and he always showed up!
